It means we take auto glass seriously. At Guardian, there is only one way to replace auto glass - the right way. We use NGA (National Glass Association) certified technicians who adhere to our high customer service standards. Guardian technicians are trained in the latest installation methods and use only Original Equipment Manufacturer approved products and supplies. We use advanced cure urethanes and OEM style installations, and treat each repair and installation as if it were on our own vehicle.
Guardian is a charter member of AGRSS (Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard), a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the safe replacement of auto glass. AGRSS was founded and is supported by auto glass companies and other organizations that keep vehicle safety as their primary goal. Its mission is to make every auto glass replacement a safe one.
In many vehicles, bonded-in stationary glass parts like the windshield, rear quarter and back glass comprise almost 50 percent of the structural integrity of the vehicle. In the event of a crash, proper installation is of utmost importance. In most newer vehicles, the passenger side airbag deploys upward from the dashboard and bounces off the windshield to protect the passenger. If the windshield isn't installed properly, or fast cure urethane isn't used to bond the glass, your safety could be at risk.
